Dear Mohan,
Look at the iparm file INST_X3A.PRM in \gsas\examples. That is a typical 
synchrotron iparm file. Important points are that IRAD=0 (non standard radiation), 
LAM2=0 (no Ka2) and POLA=0.95 (typical polarization for synchrotron radiation). 
KRATIO is ignored if LAM2=0.
